Your comment actually shows how authentic Schulz is. The fact that half his podcast is just them laughing shows that he isn’t hyper obsessive over the episode being good. His sole goal is to just have a fun conversation and see where it goes. Some episodes really aren’t good but one thing is for sure, Schulz and his crew enjoy EVERY show. Same can’t be said for Nelk. They not only don’t enjoy their shows, they don’t prepare, they also tweak out over the optics of the show instead of focusing on the conversation. I’ve been a fan of Nelk since before I was a fan of Schulz but I’m being real. Nelk is pretty fake - good pranks but terrible pod. Not a huge fan of Schulz standup but his podcast is entertaining mainly due to his authenticity.

1. The first minute or so of this clip is so funny to me. Bradley asks if Shulz has a psychology degree, and Brendan instead just recounts for him everything that Schulz had said about Steiny as if that isn’t public info all available in the videos surrounding this situation. Also, he says UNAUTHENTIC, then corrects himself to say INauthentic, and then Bradley incorrectly corrects him back to saying UNauthentic. 2. It was refreshing to hear Bradley say kind words about Steiny.

Honestly I feel a little bad for Steiny, people don’t realise that he was actually carrying that podcast, for as annoying as he can be, without him it would have been moments of the longest silences known to man. He was trying the hardest on that podcast but his method wasn’t smart and the phone checking was rude. Kyle and Steve were brain dead and people don’t realise that the convo between Andrew and Kyle just before the phone checking was super awkward and Andrew was actually checking/patronising Kyle in that convo. Steve gets away with it because people think he’s a nice idiot. If I was the lead of a podcast and I had a few guys, 1 being annoying but actually speaking and the other 2 brain dead, I’d wanna drop the dead weight.
