Believe it or not, I actually auditioned for the Graham Dongle Band back in the day, but I could never get the solo to "Granddad Island" quite right. Then one day I stumbled upon your lesson on KZbin that broke the thing down note for note. It was brilliant. While watching it, I thought to myself, "Wow, this guy has it all figured out, HE should be playing for the Graham Dongle Band!". Fast-forward just 4 months or so, and you've actually been invited by Graham Dongle himself, to shred with the Graham Dongle Band! So happy for your success man!

Being a flute player for many years, I was always fascinated with the guitar. I once dated a guy who went to school and had many guitars. I simply asked him if he could teach me the basics like chords I didn’t quite understand. He whipped out a notebook and started writing music theory and told me first you need to learn mixolydian chord progression 🤣

I’m at a stage where I have a few riffs down and my greatest achievement is cowboys from hell solo. Although I need to be a lil faster. I don’t like the idea of learning a ton of different stuff at once. When I learn something I try to make it to where I will remember how to play it, and 9/10 times it sounds good. And I don’t have enough money to get a tone
