I love your emphasis on creativity. Art school's usually restrain your options for what style looks nice, what color palette fits well, what is this characters emotion? I love that you encourage experimentation. Art schools should let people find whats right for them instead of limiting their options

Brad, OMG. This whole school idea is simply fantastic! Your art style, animation, knowledge and ability to get all this precious info through to other people is incredible. I'm from Poland and honestly, if only our kids had your videos dubbed into Polish, they could benefit soooooo much! As for now, I recommend your films to the ones who know English pretty well as there is a lot of foreign language stuff going on in your videos. Thank you for posting all of this :) We really appreciate it :)

Hey! A little bit of info to add to this video is that red and blue aren’t true primary colors, magenta cyan and yellow are, it may seem weird but think about it, yellow and magenta make red and cyan and magenta make blue! Printers can print the color red, blue and almost all other colors but the inks they use are C M Y K Cyan Magenta Yellow and Black (Don’t ask me why black=k)
@GooberThe4th3 жыл бұрын
Also CMYK gives more vibrant colors in art (unless it’s glass art or some other type of light art then it will make white) try making a vibrant purple or green, then compare it to the same but using CMYK! It looks much better in my opinion!

That 64 crayon box is always so nostalgic 😢 thankfully I come from a creative family, and my parents (mom the artist, especially) have always encouraged us to express ourselves and experiment with different art mediums. Art was always my favorite part of school, but I decided not to pursue it as a career because a) I'm V lazy and b) art on a deadline is very daunting and stressful to think about. I'm definitely a hobbiest, but a little art 101 is always appreciated!
