[00:00:18] Now we're going to look at the Oscar Bradley farm. This is one of those cool places you could do a lot of different things with. It's 29 acres here in Perryville, historic Perryville. I'm just driving down the road, just kind of show you what the entrance would be like. There is a beautiful creek here and I believe it's called the Wilson branch. If I am wrong, I will post the real name right there. I've got to check it once I get back to the office. They weigh their suit, says Little Branch cue's button. And we're going to we're going to go and show you the property line and stuff. [00:01:03] Or you could build a really big house up there or you could build several track several houses. You've got 29 acres, so it could easily be divided with 29 acres. It can easily be divided into a few tracks and build a few houses on it. It could be a deer camp. We'll show you some beautiful building spots. Here's the creek here. Here's a creek here. And the property line is that tree. Tree line. The fence row that goes right on down there. Morina, go up, up top of the hill. Got to put it in drive. So you got a gate here?
[00:01:47] And that's a pretty good road. Now, this is Kent Road frontage on 2 roads. Oscar Bradley and Koch an hour. This this barn is on it. And then there's a creek behind that barn. I'm sorry. A pond behind that barn. It's really beautiful. Can't see much here with this crazy son. Which I'm glad to have it at the end of October. Give me all of a sudden I can get. But there's a good solid road better in my driveway and it's got this great cabin up here.
[00:03:27] So what they say about a picture being worth a thousand words? Well, this video is gonna be worth a lot more than that to show you what's going on. This is Coke in our lane here. And this comes down and curves around here. There's like a corner, a 3.8 corner and a stop sign. You can see that or not, guys working on this bar in there. And Coke, an hour goes this way in an Oscar. Bradley goes this way along that creek. So if you go up here to the end coconut and make a right, you're on Battlefield Road and you can actually see the battlefield. The Perryville historic battlefield fields here and the cannons that they have at the state park, which is really nice.
[00:04:12] There's some deer running there anyway. Isn't this beautiful? Just gorgeous. So little cabins down there. Got a little shed behind there. And I say little Dan, I'll get you the exact measurements from me. Guess like twelve by 24. Something like that. Pretty good size. Like for a great deer camp. So where that's mowed. That's not it. Where it's rough. That's it. OK. So there's the fence line goes all the way in the back. That beautiful tree there. This guy here, that maple tree blocked block that. And then along those cedars.
[00:08:15] It goes down maybe, oh, for half an hour or an hour, once a year. I mean, it's like so reliable, rock solid. And like I said, I'm pretty picky about that sort of thing when it comes to Wi-Fi. So you're out in here in the country thing to be sitting on the deck and do an e-mail 15 minutes, you're at the Performing Arts Center and another 15 minutes you're back sitting on the deck drinking bourbon. Nice. Here's another building spot that's really a sweet building area. So we're going to call this building site number three.
[00:08:59] They've got neighbor, right, therapy has thrown some trees up, he'd be in good shape, but you could easily, easily have a really nice spot here. There's also access right down there to Coconut Road and there's a driveway and a gate. I don't know exactly where the gate is. I think it's over there more. But anyway, it's real nice. And you'd have a heck of a driveway coming up here. Really pretty. Then use the other driveway as a farm driveway where the cabinet. Nothing wrong with that. Again, I wish this was all mode, but it's not possible with what's going on in seller’s life right now.
[00:10:22] What a pretty view. I'll bet you that porn is loaded with fish that hasn't been fished out in years. So we're back at the cabin. There's the there's that barn and the pond right behind it. See what those real colorful trees. You saw that from up there? Yeah, transformer right here. Power. That's huge. It's already done for you. There's your service.

I seen your comment. do you have anything like this anywhere else with this much land and a small cabin I'm looking for some land and a small cabin I don't care if I live in Kentucky I live in Florida right now and I'm getting a hundred fifty thousand for my house I'd like to keep it in that price range but I have to have a small cabin and hopefully a barn this was ideal for me and my son bet it's gone as usual when I start looking I know sell a lot of property in Kentucky . I also have relatives and Luke Louisiana think it is I'm not sure the name of it by the way my house is all paid off so I'll be getting cash

Gerry Jones some cities use wells to fill water towers, which is called city water.

Water towers is how city water works. Water towers allow the municipal water people to run the pumps less. Water towers also increase pressure on fixtures in buildings.

Gerry Jones some times they put internet repeaters on water towers. You dont need a cell tower for internet. Any tall tower will work.
