I just want you to know breathorn, you're the man. I've been watching your videos for a couple of months, every week, and I'm ready to pull the trigger on a system and it's all thanks to you. I'm really thinking I'm going to go with your boys over at Alexander ( Although I'm not convinced you don't have shares in the company.... But that's okay... Even if you did it seems like they're a great company ( No idea about their computers) but a great company. Supposedly great customer service, lifetime warranty, no cheap parts or cutting corners to maximize profit.... You just pay a little more instead and in the end everybody is on the same page for expectations and everybody ends up pleased with what they pay. Anyway, I just wanted to give you a thank you, even though I missed you on your discord, and I've got a few questions so it'll be nice to catch up with you next week.... @@cj_f5333 Yeah I’ve called my bank and made them aware, they saw the outgoing transaction but saw no incoming credit from IBP in the form of a refund. They’re ready to dispute it tomorrow if they haven’t refunded the purchase yet. IBP has told me the money should have in my account already.

I bought 2 systems from Ibuypower. Ones a 2080 super 10900k with custom water block. Other is 3090 msi , 10900k lian li lancool case. Love both machines. I can vouch for ibuypower.

i agree with the fact that it's dumb to lay down your tower to clean the bottom filter, just imagine if you have a custom watercooling setup, you will struggle to just do some monthly filter cleaning, it could be so much more simple to just slide it out, take off the filter of the plastic structure, clean and repop everything in, instead you have to struggle to take off the filter, and struggle with a brush to clean the dust filter

I have a hyte y60 with 3080ti from ibuy as well. Anyone who buys I would recommend putting the graphics card in yourself just cause both of my boxes were thrown. Also the pcs come with software for the motherboard to change the colors.

Go with 1440p and 144+ HZ. Anything above 144hz is kinda pointless because you won't notice the difference if you go higher. 1440P gives you much more detail and makes games look amazing.

An RGB connector likely came loose during shipping. The standardized connector is notorious for that. Try calling in to have a technician walk you through troubleshooting it :)

Two MAJOR FLAWS... with it. 1. Needs to allow normal Horizontal Card placement. 2. Needs thinner "Vents" top, bottom, side for better airflow. They fix these and whatever else is needed, and it will be a case I absolutely WANT!

I always love your reviews. But I do think one thing that needs to be taken into account is unless you do maintenance or change parts out after a year or so the various temperature readings and things of that nature do go up. And as someone who does not like a lot of maintenance, nor changing of parts, I think the longevity of those initial levels is what’s the most important.

If longevity & temp consistency is a problem, you’ll really want to go with the newer thermal pads rather than paste. It doesn’t experience the over time temp ramp up that paste does.

I have been looking at both the i7/3070 ti and i9/3080 y60s as both are around my price point. Would you recommend the 3070 over the 3080 version because of the PSU issue you pointed out? Is the PSU not enough for the i9/3080 as it is built or did you mean it might give you problems if you decide to upgrade parts without also changing the PSU in the future. I am new to this so any help would be appreciated ! :)

I just got this pc today and the hdmi wouldn’t pop up on screen like the actually vidoe part. I tried two different hdmi cords and they didn’t work but when I used them for my Xbox they worked. I opened my pc inside and saw something’s weren’t plugged in, but they had a ziptie around them so I don’t know if I’m supposed to touch them or not

Hi Braethorn, I am hoping to purchase a second pc with an rtx 4090 and an intel i9-13900KF. ibuypower has a prebuilt machine available four around 4.25k and there's a company on newegg selling a prebuilt in an asus strix case for 6.8k. I currently have a rig with an intel i7-7700k and an rtx 3080, my hope is to commit my current pc to recording and to do my gaming on my second rig. Do you have any thoughts on one prebuilt over the other?

Beware with the RDY systems, things can become unplugged and not seated properly since these sit on the shelf until sold. Had a few fans that werent working and even the AIO cooler wasnt powering on because the cables had wiggled that much during transport.

Just received mine and the protective foam pretty much ruined the riser card. I really don’t get why they can’t just have the customer install the gpu if the foam is too tightly in place. It’s so irritating having this happen. Now I have to wait for a $80 riser cable replacement just because the protective foam snatched the gpu off of the riser connector. 🤦🏾‍♂️.

One observation, testing video card+cpu dont is for gamers, people play at 1080p or 1440p and in this resolution the pc is going to sofer, both gpu and cpu are using at top.

Its so hard not to!!! Hes great!!! Its not that he does something hard (please do not confuse that with not working hard, dude works hard) but to (mostly) go online and show websites and explain the price and specs then say good/bad it's not complicated, but if it was easy, there would be more people doing it. Actually, he is the only one doing it that I see. Look up "System integrators pre builds." Youll find several top 5 lists, but he is the only one who does it consistently, and he does it exceptionally well. It's always clean. Even though it's always long (by most people's standards) i always watch from start to finish... And never try and rush it! And its not like hes sharing jokes, telling stories, or other entertainment style vids.... None the less his humble, honest, sincere, and commitment to the customer makes it entertaining. Its entertaining like a documentary. Regardless, I love the guy, And I just discovered him back in the beginning of the summer. I don't think I've not watched one of his videos since. I even tried doing twitch for the first time tonight ( I've never cared about twitch) And now I'm signing up for discord even though I've already missed him for the night.

I don’t know to much about gaming PC from what u said seems like range of min $1900 pretax (maybe a little lower if u can find a nice deal, kinda hard to get and Black Friday coming up so most company saving their best sales for then and cyber Monday).
