Dynamic, strength ,sensitivity and musical empathy and this breathtaking touch. Yuliana Avdeeva is an utterly and singular unique pianist. @@anosmianAcrimony I agree with you completely. This recording is as good as the previously unique and legendary recording of Zimmerman and Bernstein in the mid 80´s and I hope she will play also the second. Absolutely memorable.

This masterpiece by Brahms requires the strength and power of a percussionist and at the same time the sensitivity and emotional inner spirit of a poet. Yulianna, the orchestra and the conductor nail it here in this amazing performance.
