The scammer is pretty honest. He said he would connect you to the fraudulent department. He told you the truth. The “department” is actually fraudulent.

A refund scammer called me, I said I'm keeping the money. He went crazy and tried to mess up my , lol, VM. I showed him that all his efforts were in vane. Wow, screaming and me really getting deep under his skin. He went and rage quit. So satisfying!!! Lol, their so stupid!!!

Have you considered when they put the "updating" overlay on the screen to hide them editing HTML, when they ask you "what do you see on your screen" you say that you see someone changing stuff and writing transactions and blah blah and have them freak out thinking that their overlay isnt working?

I had a Amazon refund scammer try to tell me an 800$ iPad had been purchased. After simply looking at my Amazon history I pestered him for a solid 15 minutes. Somehow he knew about a huge hole in my backyard. I told him if I found him I'd use HIM to fill it! Hadn't had a scam call in years lol!
