3 month mai JEE Mains hai mera aur muze ye hora 😔😔.. 2months se hora hai ye muze , I want to give u some info about my lifestyle, Khata pita mast hu but 4months se din bhar ghar baitha hu , ek din bhi ghar se bahar nahi nikla bus padhai aur dhoop bhi nahi mili 4months se.. My vitamin b12 & vitamin D was low.. Doctor ne b12 injection per week & Vitmain D tablets diye hai 2 week hogaye but no improvement(injection ke 4 din baad 5 din tak sab thik hogaya tha but baadmai normal fever agaya fir wapas se start hogaya).. My lifestyle now , i use phone less than 1hr , library jata hu usse thoda bahar nikalta hu ghar se aur dosto se milta hu..dhoop mai 45 min baithta hu ,aur morning evening exercise & meditation..(aaj tisra injection hai b12 ka) Folowing this from last 3 days , lets see kabtak theek hota hai..

overthinking ki vajah se raat ko neend nahi aane ki samasya thi. 2004 me Psychiatrist tranquilizer di thi jiski asar aaj tak mere dimag per hai. uske vajah se pura din drausiness rehti hai to uska ilaj bataye.
