This is insane. I did bits and pieces of this (like the sinus massage), but your full flow has seriously relieved me, and filled me with energy.

This really works! I didn't expect anything at all, just wanted to do some exercises when I had a cold, I ttly didn't expect that this will get the liquid inside my lungs out and get there congestion in my sinuses also out. Not fully but I feel so much better

I tried this twice because I was having trouble sleeping with a sinus infection and I honestly think it helped a little bit, im going to continue doings this daily in the morning, afternoon, and at night until I get better

Hi Mondkind, sighing out loudly helps release stuffy energy from the chest quickly. It's a burst of trapped air that you are pushing out using breath and sound.

Thank you so much for creating this video! I have tested positive to COVID (unsure of the variant, most likely omnicron) It's the second day since I tested positive and I feel so lethargic.. I have been sleeping A LOT! , but this video certainly has helped me to feel a little better! 🙏💕

I have this crazy mix of colde and flu that I'm trying not to have evolve into covid. My head has been hurting like all he'll, but a few minutes into starting I'm not heavy headed,dizzy, or feeling feverish
