With a personal support team of specialists to monitor and treat their care, veterans and service members in the Intensive Clinical Program at Wounded Warrior Project’s Home Base program receive individualized and customized care. From the initial phone screening through the end of the program, the staff is constantly adjusting and adapting each veteran's plan based on symptoms and needs.
