Braised Fish Chinese Style | Easy Fish Recipe

Braised fish in savory spicy sauce . This dish is ideal to serve with steamed rice.
Ingredients:
1 Tilapia 350g
3 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili Bean Paste
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 Cups Water
3 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Chicken Granules
3 Red chili
5 cloves Garlic
1 Ginger
2 Green Onion
2 Green Chili
Coriander leaf for garnish
