BRAKING BAD?! REPLACING BRAKE PADS ON A MCLAREN MP4-12C, 650S or 675LT

Installing the front retainer clips I found that putting the pins in first then hold the retainers in place using the centre spacer and push it in until you can slide the bolt through. Two retainer clips in one move ;)

I got new sensor but got a cross referenced Porterfield brake pads without a break sensor slot, they are taped ;). Nice video and at lest you can wear that old fender liner as a jacket in the winter ;)

I am still trying to find a sensor without buying from a dealer for that one wheel. The one I had on order from eBay, they never shipped so I cancelled my order, will need to find one soon. Thanks for watching really appreciate it.

Maybe consider adding prices to the parts. Links would be great too. I am considering purchasing a high milage 650S. Would be awesome to have a link to spare time in research for orders regarding wearing parts like brakepads. :) nice vid!

Only Pagid or Mclaren sells Mclaren pads. Everything else you need to go to the dealer.

I bought mine from Thorney Motorsports out of the UK, even with shipping and the currency exchange rate they were $500.00 cheaper then buying them from any source I could find in the US.
