Tremendously bodybuilder obviously and he has his own unique style of training which works for branch Not necessarily my preference but to each his own I watched a video of Kevin levrone recently training for the olympia and his form and technique is spot on and Kevin was super strong But much respect to branch and his accomplishments

Here's an idea; when doing preacher curls have your training partner lift the bar up to you at the beginning of your set and then lift it off you when your set is complete. Just a thought.

@@strangerdanger7945 Although I am a fan of Branch Warren, it is not appropriate to throw weights in such a manner. I mean, I banged the floor during deadlifts and my gym owners lectured me for five minutes. Branch is doing this because he is the biggest guy in the gym and nobody would mess with him but it's not right in every gym ( unless they want to get thrown out of gym some day).

First, I actually do appreciate the video. With that said, I have to ask.....who is the clown (not the guy with glasses) who Branch is training with? I just watched a vid where the dude literally threw a loaded trap bar across the gym in a steroid induced rage (I assume)....all because it was in his way. I pray every single day I never have to train anywhere near someone like that dude. Also, ever go to a gym and wonder why all the DB's are loose and the handles are slightly bent? I guess if you're big and full of muscle you gotta make noise and drop the dumbbells or better yet, throw them down hard like the clown. SMH

Go watch Seth Feroce, he's about as intense as it gets in the gym, yet he actually smiles, jokes around and doesn't feel the need to toss weights around disrespectfully, nor does he walk around with a puss on his face.
