This is a well laid out home and a Very smart design. The security system is accessible i.e, cameras and sound systems. In terms of evacuation in cases of fire or flooding, the emergency exits are easy to escape through. Overall, the structure of the house look solid as well as beautiful....This has a feeling of home and it is definitely an ideal home for the family. This will have to be my favourite house thus far....

Main living room is too small for $40 million house. Also, its too close to the kitchen. Can hear all the pots and pans if someone is cooking and smell the food from there. I like more separation between kitchen and living room. BTW, I think the property has been taken off the market, according to zillow. Probably no bids even close to $40 m.

1) NOT a "maid's kitchen", it's a pantry and "sous-kitchen" or "catering kitchen"; 2) in the "master bedroom" [s/b "primary bedroom"], Not a "dry bar", it's a "morning bar" or "wet bar". These are very basic real estate terms that most professional realtors know. Also, you didn't point of the very unique curved ceiling. Enes Yilmazer doesn't make these kind of mistakes, and English isn't his first language!
