I like the new car look and the updates overall but I agree on the range I was looking for more like a 10% range increase not 2-3%. The car needs to improve with each step. Hopefully better batteries can come later in the year on the EU models…

I just want to highlight under the high frequency part of the Model Y webpage on the refresh "Doors and trunks unlock when you approach." Trunks is plural here. Not to mention in the video that shows them clicking open frunk, there is a frame or two showing close frunk. Both strong indications. Take a look, and let me know what you think?

@@AdamWellinformed Exactly it says *Unlocks* it doesnt say open, and I dont know what video you were looking at but I went back and had a look at it, it says *Open* the whole time.

Sorry my bad, i should have the clarified the video in question. On the learn more model Y page about 3/4 down theres a video that loops and the scene starts with the automatic trunk opening. When they click the screen for the frunk it says open, but look on left of it. There is a close frunk notification . Would be easier if I could add pictures here 😂

It's not powered sadly. People are making this mistake based on the animation on the screen which has always been like that. If it were powered the open button on the screen would quickly change to close.

i think that for an actual Model Y owner, the Upgrade its not interesting enough to swap to the new model. The Fokus was clearly to give the actual Model Y a rebrush and not a complete new Model. Its kinda like your women goes to the bathroom to give her a little rebrush ;o) She looks of cource after that stunning but her body hasnt changed etc. ;o) So that is maybe a big bummer to many potential buyers. I think they give away a big chance to introduce 800v technology or a bigger battery, but at the end I was always thrilled by the "old" model Y and for that I will get a new Model Y Juniper. Im not sure yet, if I should buy it or if I should lease it, because maybe in 1-2 Years they will release a new Model with 800v Technology and a bigger battery. But at the end, i really dont drive too long distances, rarely more than 250 miles a day. So........ maybe a longer distance its not that important, but a faster loading would be nice...... im not sure now.
