Brand-New Jumping Whirlpool Washer

We purchased a Whirlpool washing machine model # WTW4855HW3 serial # CB4600927 on 2/1/2023. The first repairman came on 3/31/2023 after the first episode of the washing machine jumping into my dryer, (denting it on the side on the top and the bottom) and utility sink, ripping the utility sink away from the wall tearing up the drywall. The upper tub ring (part # WPW11550886) was broken, which was replaced. The next jumping episode occurred and we called Whirlpool who had a different repairman come on 5/30/2023, who said that the washing machine did not show any codes and ordered a new controller. On 6/26/2023, I got the jumping washing machine on video to show the repairman the following day. On 6/27/2023 the repairman came, watched the video and installed the controller and another part he believed could be causing the jumping. He believed that he had solved the problem, but within 2 hours the washing machine had another jumping episode. I immediately called the repairman back to let him know I still had an issue and have yet to hear back from them. I have now had this washing machine for 6 months of a one year warranty and had three visits from repairman for the same jumping issue.
Can you imagine buying a new washer and dryer in 2023 and being told that:
-that my washing machine was vibrating into my dryer, not jumping
-that I needed to have a full load of laundry
-that the load of laundry must have been off balance, which it has never been
-that the washing machine was not showing any codes and never has in the multiple jumping episodes that have happened
-that the washing machine was built for an average 3 loads a week for 3 years
-that Whirlpool would never admit that there was ever an issue or that it was a lemon
-that Whirlpool would string me along until they have replaced every part and the 1 year warranty has expired
-that Whirlpool would not care about one dissatisfied customer and counts on other company’s customers being dissatisfied and switching to Whirlpool
-was advised to sell these machines to someone else and purchase a Speed Queen
-was told by Whirlpool that our home owners insurance would be responsible for any damage to our home if the faulty washing machine caused any water damage
Can you imagine in 2023 having to babysit a washing machine and not being able to leave your home for fear that your house will be flooded from pulling the water lines from the wall. My brand new dryer is now damaged, dented at the top and bottom from my washing machine jumping into it. Our utility sink, that was screwed to the wall, has been ripped out, tearing up our drywall. No one believed me about how hard it was crashing into everything including the dryer until I got it on video. I have had repairmen come three times. They repaired everything but the tub and transmission and the washing machine still jumps into my dryer and utility sink.
From this experience, I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from Whirlpool, as they will not stand behind their products.

I have a whirlpool does the same but worst they have a hard time balancing. Save your money buy a Speed Queen or Huebsch

Whaaaaaaat. This washing machine is TRASH. Mine doesn't jump, but it also doesn't clean my clothes!!
