Hello from Beausejour Canada. Sure do like your pattern choices . I may have to put that on my queue. I just finished a vintage cardigan called hayfield cardigan in denim of drops tweed and I love it. What a nice yarn. Gotta try the Isager baby yarn for sure too. Great podcast. Til next time ❤🧶

A lovely episode - I'm so glad I found your podcast! I used to have a bad neck regularly, then discovered it was all to do with the way I slept. I bought a special pillow, which is really just a very thick piece of foam shaped in a certain way, and it did the trick. Hope your issue with your neck is resolved soon.

I bought it immediately as it is detailed yet simple and PERFECT to use all the wonderful leftover odd couple of balls of yarn too delightful to resist stashing away. They just sit there wondering what they will ever become when they grow up. Curious now to see how they turn out.

I so agree with you about watching what podcasters are doing. Seeing a garment i progress, with all the problems experienced knitters also make, then the finished object, gives meaning to it. It helps me decide if that is one for me. Also the colours people choose - it has certainly helped me discover what is now right for me as my colours are fading rapidly with age.

I love every pattern you select and totally enjoy your videos. ❤ PS don't let a chiropractor manipulate your neck. It can stretch the carotid arteries, and if the lining tears a clot can form. Maybe try a masseuse.

Hope you feel better. I have very sensitive skin, the fuzz of the yarns is what gets me so I need smooth yarn and often use baby yarn like Bernat.

I also get my inspiration for knits by watching my favorite youtubers. Which is why I can't plan ahead for projects. I always seem to change my mind when I see another podcast with an FO sweater in the perfect color, etc, etc.....lol. It's a curse.

And even though I really don’t wear them, I’m thinking about knitting up that little scarf because it looks like it would be a fun process knit. I am currently knitting a cardigan. Pattern….Rebel. I bought a considerable amount of Blue Sky Woolstok. I planned to knit Ilya colorwork sweater. I then found the cardigan pattern Kallias. I loved the one done with a small stripe near bottom and finished with a third color. This cardigan looked like it may slide off shoulders. So then came Rebel. It has a beefier collar and I cast it on. Same idea, med grey (storm cloud) for body and near end, I will stripe a white line of several rows, and finish with a pale blue (thermal spring).

Always enjoy your videos. You have fabulous taste and your knitting is beautiful. I am also knitting in Florida but not a snow bird like you. I'm in Clearwater and wish I could find some local knitting friends because no one here seems to knit!! Not that it stops me from indulging in my favorite craft. Try massage therapy for your neck. Whenever I have neck issues like yours, it works like a charm.

Hi, Bobbi. I love your Distance scarf. It has nice textural interest and rounded points. It’s a good alternative to the Sophie Scarf, which I wear often. I especially liked it worn as a headband as you showed in your deleted clips. 😉

Rest up and get your neck sorted out. Try a physio that does dry needling. Or a Chinese Medical clinic that does acupuncture, which Im currently having for my hip bursitis. It works wonders. Can highly recommend the acupuncture treatment.

Love the little scarf, I prefer it to the Sophie hype :) For those interested in other "little scarf" designs, I cannot recommend "Four of a Kind" enough by Brenda Brayfield. The bundle actually includes 6 different patterns, and it's very well written.

Hey, I just wanted to thank you for the pattern for your mitts. I made some for a Christmas gift and now I want to make myself a pair, too. My only question for you is this. What needles did you use? Size and length of cord . for circulars. Because I didn't have what I think is the right size, I had to knit them flat and sew them up the side. Not the best , but it worked. So, what did you use? And thank you for your generosity in gifting us the pattern.

Hello ! 😊Looks like it might be a Ravelry issue. I copied and pasted the pattern twice and it still doesn’t work. I noticed when I hit copy on the pattern in Ravelry it wasn’t blue, it was grey. I’ll keep trying to correct it! Thank you for letting me know ! ❤
