I love this! I always thought New Leaf was the better game, so thank you so much for this mod! Is it also possible to make Nook Miles stamps harder to get so the prizes will feel more rewarding?

@@Bavylva the rewards will be for the long term nook stamps, NOT nook miles + goals, so there will be one-time rewards for things like watering 1000 flowers or selling 5000 shells and whatnot. so they are pretty hard goals imo! the early stage stamps will likely not give you anything, just the 3rd-5th level stamps that are truly achievements. maybe he'll teach you to bulk craft fish bait if you dig 200 clams, idk :) could be fun to add

I could add her as a way of unlocking the silver axe, as well as changing the problematic golden axe unlock (which discourages ever upgrading your flimsy axe to stone) great idea ! thanks:)

yes, phineas will show up 2 days a week on harv's island and do everything he was talking about in the video. if you see the dialouge options at the start, selecting those allows you to use his different functions. "One balloon, please!" gets you a random balloon (only 1 per visit) These include tons of new modded balloons, like the returning bunny balloons. the "Look what I did!" option has phineas look through your nook miles stamps and give you rewards according to what you did. For instance, if you caught 10 different sea creatures, he could give you a unique wetsuit as a reward. i think this idea is awesome because it will encourage players to collect every nook miles' stamp in the game! it will take quite some time to implement though, so it may be a feature of acnl overhaul 2.0 instead of the base version of the mod
