Apparently, they are bringing the Goats Milk cleanser back later this year - and it will be a new more stable formula. Or at least that's what I've been told by my facialist after her training with Kate when she visited Oz back in June. Yay!

I'm glad that it wasn't just that I used it wrong. It's rare that a product goes from absolute love-in to full-on effing and blinding because you are so full of rage first thing when you squeeze and squeeze just to get some watery weak-arsed effluent leaking out whilst you *know* that the good stuff is hiding, sniggering at you from inside the pack - bastard! I said that I'd never buy it again because it made me so cross. But if they could only (pretty please with sprinkles) fix the packaging so it stayed the way it was at the beginning, then I might never buy anything else. For, oh so short a while before crappiness ensued, it was the perfect morning cleanse. Take note, KS - if that was the problem, please fix the packaging.

Hi Caroline and everyone else! Great video! Kate Somerville is easily my most favorite brand because its products are designed from ACTUAL use cases in her clinic. Personally, I couldn't live without Detox cleanser for the mornings. And even though I am an acne sufferer I prefer Detox to the EradiKate cleanser because of strong sulfur smell in the EradiKate one. I am ALSO OBSESSED with Nourish. Hi Caroline! I've been a follower of yours for a few years but I've missed some videos here and there, and of course the earlier ones. I know you have an acne cheat sheet on your blog but I was wondering if you had any specific products that you might recommend especially for hormonal acne? I've used the Kate Somerville spot treatment and I don't know whether it's from not using it constantly or what but it hasn't done much for me. I've recently started to apply fresh aloe Vera gel onto my face for hopes of a "natural cure" as a night time mask, but I haven't used it too long to tell any difference. I'm nearly 23 and my cheeks are breaking out (I always thought I had oily skin but it's in fact combo) and I would love any advice you could give to me! Thank you ahead of time, and I love these new series 😊

You obviously don't need these products but have you taken a look at the Eradikate acne treatment or D-scar? Wondering how you feel about them from an ingredient stand point? Julie Levac I don't know about Dscar but just from my personal experience eradikate is my favorite spot treatment hands down. Worth all of my pennies. Even helps with cystic if I catch it before it starts to swell.

I used to LOVE the Goats Milk Moisturizer. Then they changed the formula!! Why did they do that? It was so natural and nourishing, and it was great if you had breakouts. Then they changed the formula entirely.

Debbie Woo I use what ever products I use on my face for my décolleté. I bring it down. If the product is too pricy I'll sub it out for something cheaper. For example the ordinary Vit C as opposed to the drunk elephant. Oh and prescription retinol for me is too strong for that area. That's a good question though I'm curious what specific products Caroline had success with in that area.

Though I'm assuming it's one of those "if you have to ask you can't afford it" types :/ It'd be really great if you could do a best of for a mid price range, sort of the £10-£30 ish range, not including anything with mineral oils,cheap or major amounts of silicons (spots!!)

Wrinkle Warrior Eye is pretty silicone-heavy, if that matters to you. I know Caroline has recommended Dr. Dennis Gross Ferulic + Retinol Eye Cream and IS Clinical Youth Eye Complex as eye products that she believes helped her dark circles (and I now have them both!).

Do you recommend ExfoliKate for 30+ish skin? I think I've read that physical exfoliants can be too harsh on more maturing skin so you should stick to straight acids..

Hi, I'm 37 and have used Elemis Pro Collagen Marine cream for about 20 years. I found it perfect for my temperamental/acne prone skin until they recently seen to have changed the formula. My skin seems to only respond to gel cream/soft cream type textures - I also get on well with Bare Minerals Bare Haven cream. Would the goats milk moisturiser be another good option to try? Thanks

I have recently had a bad skincare experience and feel it is something important others need to know about. I have been a fan of Liz Earle for years however made the mistake of recently purchasing the Orange and Mint cleanse and polish. Having used cleanse and polish for years I assumed it would be very similar to the original however after a nasty flare up I realised they actually put fragrance in their limited edition versions. Lesson learnt always read the label. I've also seen they have been changing the formula of the original and the consistency has changed so now i'm back to finding a cleanser that works for me and left with very sore red skin and cystic acne. Please can you do a video on great skincare to recover and restore after a bad reaction to a product?

Thanks for your reply. Really looking forward to seeing the video, I've been re-watching all weekend to work out how to look after my skin now. My family are surprised at how severe the reaction has been as I have never had anything like this happen prior and always used the original cleanse and polish. I sent photos to Liz Earle as this is the only product I changed in my routine and they have been very attentive with emails and calls asking for the batch number as well. Thanks to your advice I am well past the days of using sudo cream (hell no, what was I ever thinking in my teens - no bum cream on my face these days!) and drying lotions. Just tender loving care now to keep scarring to a minimal.

HI! I'm so glad you did this video - I coincidentally just used my ExfoliKate glow moisturizer for the first time this AM when my liquid gold and marula oil mix weren't doin it for me... When you get around to it - will you do a more in-depth review of that product and the other ExfoliKate items? Including if there are any you wouldn't get anywhere near/have issues with packaging/formula/INCI and so on (the foaming wash, the exfoliating treatment mask, more on the glow moisturizer) You're my skincare goddess in general but particularly my acids guide and would love more feedback on the ExfoliKate line!
