Even if you go after the other party for additional damages beyond their insurance, if they're broke af... then you're own insurance company will take the hit and possibly drop you. This is easily fixable. A door replacement, suspension parts and a new wheel maybe a fender which doesn’t look damaged. Only downside is cost and time of repair.

It's DEFINITELY totaled. That's frame damage, at a minimum it's twisted, and probably cracked. Frame damage of any kind means totaled. The damage to the driver sides A pillar is pretty significant as well

My car looks similar if not worse and the frame hasn't even been touched, all I need to do is replace my entire door with my window, mirror and door panel, straighten out my rear quarter panel and replace my pillars, no internal damage to those, just cosmetic which on mine can be replaced

If you have insurance through Haverty they will allow you to keep your totaled car and pay you at the same time. Definitely worth looking in to if not. The car can be retubbed and rebuilt i bet.

Thank God everyone is alright. I heard the smashes in the background and the Officer warning. It seems like that area needs improvement due to words expressed during a different time. My thoughts on the Senna , would be to send it directly back to McLaren and let them do the full restoration if its salvageable . I wouldn't trust any other hands to play with an iconic car . The biggest thing is that everyone was ok. Sure, it hurts that the Senna got wrecked, but at the end of the day, the design of everything and the engineering behind it all helped prevent some possibly catastrophic injuries.
