Wishing your wife a speedy recovery. Just had surgery for a tumor in my large bowel so I can relate. I’ve done chemo and radiation and my surgery was on Feb 15. I hope your wife is kicking ass, it’s a terrible thing but absolutely makes you appreciate the little things and cherish experiences. I’m a single father of 3 sons so getting out to enjoy things with them has been amazing as I’ve recovered. We are Disney people, being on the west coast we only get to Disney-world once a year but get out of Washington to Disneyland as often as possible! Once before the major surgery and just went 2 weeks ago to celebrate. Wishing all the best to your wife and family! Positivity and good vibes are key to recovery, not always easy but finding the good in situations helped me. Great video as always but the part about your wife hit home.

Sorry about the heath issues you and your wife went through. This is a warning guys, you have to eat clean and healthy now. You can't just eat whatever you want, and then :burn it off: in the gym thinking you're okay. Alot of the foods we consume have toxins and poisons in them, so it doesn't matter if you workout or not. Sugar is terrible for your body. Learn how to eat clean and healthy now, and make it a habit man. Please. There are healthy alternatives to basically everything we eat.
