Great Words Of Wisdom! Great Mentality, I totally agree, passive income is the key to retire early!

How is this passive? You have to drop off, pick up, drive to dump. Good business…yes. Passive no

Storage is a great business. Need to have a place of business to store units, that's the key, and one of the most expensive parts of the business. Love your thought process of making money while you sleep, it's the only way to get ahead. Love your channel, inspires me to make the move to working for myself instead of someone else. Starting small, firewood hustle, selling junk metal to scrap yard, I'll get there some day.

Wow man! Thank you I appreciate that.just keep hustling, it all comes together. Just keep setting goals and stay in competition against a future you!

Curious if MC, DOT, CDL required for the 20ft and/or 40 ft? Thank you!

Not necessarily....we have video the explains in better detail when you need dot numbers!! But length typically doesn't require a cdl, but axles do.

Just use a good masonry paint and primer. The key to a good paint job is doing a good prep job first.

Your side hustle video inspired me to start my own dumpster/storage business. Love the videos, keep'em coming! I 100% recommend painting the building rather than siding. I would paint the sides black and the front gray with your business name/logo? Just a thought but good luck and can't wait to see what you decide and how it turns out!

hey man i pressure clean for a living i also run 2 dump trailer (dumpsters) as a side hustle . if we were paint prep your building we would use a turbo nozzle tip it beats up that old paint and once you're done with that coat it with some cheap bleach or pool shock it let it soak for a couple minutes then rinse it off. it will remove all the black mold and clean the surface so the paint will stick better

Just picked up a turbo nozzle and a sand kit to attach! Trying it out tomorrow!

Iv seen pods and mi-box, seems like a good business, they have a special lift im guessing to keep the contents inside level and to not shift. I have a hooklift truck wonder if i put a hook on a shipping container and just drop them at a location and have people use them as storage there. 🤔
@rollingops3 жыл бұрын
Thats pretty much exactly what I'm doing. I use a chain on both sides of the container and hook it to a winch in the middle for stability when I load it. I only have a couple rented right now. Its really the side business to mumy dumpsters at the moment.
@VanishDumpsterRental3 жыл бұрын
@@rollingops seems similar to dumpsters in theory, but people keep them longer and minus the dump fees. Perfect service to add-along side dumpster rentals, Better passive income at $250-$350 a month per rental.

I’d like to try to start up a roll off dumpster business within the next year or so but I’m really struggling putting together equipment. Do you have any suggestions about what a good starter truck would be? I’m really trying not to spend over $30k on a new vehicle but the towing capacity usually is like only 2-3 tons on those trucks. Any help would be much appreciated 👍
@rollingops3 жыл бұрын
Look into used disels. It will be the best bang for your buck. A new truck at 30k will be a gas truck and likely won't have the towing capacity you need. Avoid 6.0 diesel trucks. Look for 6.7 Ford or ram, or 5.9 ram. I started with a 7.3 Ford and it helped me get started, they are bullet proof, but are dogs when hauling heavy. They will pull anything but not fast if it is heavy, they also eat a lot of oil. But it got me started!

I find people selling the containers used and found a guy in MO selling the trailer. He fabricated the lips on the side and added a winch!
