siddeeee I think it has to do with being under the influence of alcohol or some type of drug. Which makes sense since Brandon doesn’t want to outright say it

My personal take is that it means excitement, almost anxious (not necessarily in a bad way). Like when you go on a first date, or kiss for the first time. I don’t believe it has anything to do with drugs, Brandon doesn’t come off like that
