trying to clean it up I will wake up and go get an 18 of pbr kill it pass out for a couple of hours and go back and get another 18 and pass out again. And if I wake up before 2 am I will go get more. I am really trying to stop all this madness. If any help is offered would love to hear it.

Been there brother. It sounds cliche' and obvious but you need to go to an AA meeting. If only to meet one dude you can talk to and that understands what it's like. Don't focus on everything you may hate or what you may think those meetings are all about. If you want to stop killing yrself you can find help from someone who's been where yr at and has found a way. It's really up to you. There is no luck, so I'll just say be safe man.

Well to day I'm 1 month sober I've been itching to get back on the booze I need help

I've been sober for 4 months the only thing that helps me or ever helped me is AA look into finding a group.

+Daniel Puc AA Is not the answer . You don't have a drug problem or alcohol problem . You have a sin problem (which is drugs , which is alcohol) the only way to be delivered from sin is Jesus Christ . Jesus is the cure . Bless you my friend

+Tyler Royal 1) not saying it doesn't exist, but religion wont change anything besides motivate you to be better, and give you the support of a group. AA does that exact same thing. 2) AA is quite religion based (or it was, not sure if the christian parts have or haven't been removed)
@violentdruguser8 жыл бұрын
+Tyler Royal religion helps and if that's for you then awesome! However it doesn't help me and my problem. AA helps a lot that's the reason I suggested it but it's all the same disease the goal is to remain sober anyway possible!

10 days off heroin. I'm about 80%... The lack of sleep though is pushing me to the brink of psychosis. You're never really yourself when you can't sleep.
@nickmartone23507 жыл бұрын
if you want to go the medication route flexeril is a muscle relaxer that wont give you withdrawl symptoms but will help with the lack of sleep, I have used opiates for 20 years and know how hard lack of sleep after you go through detox the paws syndrome can be suicidal. Or maybe a benzo might help just until you adjust to not being on opiates. marijuana might help bit to indica.

I am so grateful to hear that you are clean and sober. Yes I believe that an addition to drugs or alcohol are strong hold/ disease, that is passed down through families, that are curses. I myself had been struggling with addiction, heroin is a terrible addiction I had had a few friends that had OD from it and yet it still wasn't my bottom I had OD a few times. The only reason why I am siting here telling you this is because God Almighty has had his hand on me his mercy and love and grace is why I'm still alive. I had been in situations that I should had been dead. But by his love and mercy there is still hope. You know Jesus loves you and yes you I'm sure have been in situations that you should been dead as well and by his love you are here to let the world know your story that will help people and learn from your story.

I'm really happy for you, Novak. I'm 5 years clean from pills. I didn't like you when you were an active addict/alcoholic, now, like with Steve-O, I like you a lot and I'll keep you in my prayers. Keep up the great work and spread the sobriety.
