I love the part where Brandon went, "hello" as if you came across someone you once knew, but you're a different person now and it's like meeting them all over again. It's funny cause I've played this song many times when I was a teenager, but it didn't really resonate with me until now. Looking back with a clear mind, I can see that sometimes things happen and people comes and goes and we change. There are some people I do miss and some I still care for, but will love them in a distance. There are some people I'd love to shoot a message with this link just to show them that I'm not who I once was. But at the same time, I do not want to bother them and wish them well. I heard this song when it first came out. I loved it. Listened to it over and over! Living in Tulsa, OK. I am a PK and unless you have lived that basically it's like no one understands. I walked away from God although at the time of the song coming out, I was walking towards him and it helped me heal. Still went astray, and I had not heard it in in years. I have made many different choices since then, good and bad. But I moved to SC with the help of my brother and I heard it the other day on HIS Radio. It has been a progressive move to say the least, but since I have moved here and with the help of my church and HIS radio, I have since made some changes towards where I need to be with Christ. +Erica Mills I was raised religious however when I see someone say these things I get emotional. I wish there was some way for me to show you that its ok to be upset. Crying for me a way of healing. I always feel better when I do. I loved my grandmother and she was my religious guide in some way. Since her death I kinda lost what was important and what she spent her life teaching me. I do agree that even if your not religious people are capable of amazing things and great change. Its up to them to be the change they want to see in the world.

I cry and drop to my knees every time I remember the night I called on Jesus and he reached into the deep abyss and pulled me out into his light. I was told by many I was hopeless. I believed the doctors and specialist and fell into a deep depression that eventually led to drugs and almost death. But Jesus said he wasn’t done with me. When I first heard this song on the radio it was so close to home and so painful I had to cut the volume down after hearing it the first time. I cried. It took leaving home and going off to college to truly come into myself. And yes I was a Christian but young. I wish I could reach every older child/teenager who is like I was in any respect and tell them that if they can just hang in there until after they get out and build their own lives it will be better. This song gives me so much peace. I have both received and given offense in my life. But we're all just muddling through this thing called life the best we can. It's pretty easy to look around at this world and realize that we're heading straight for the cliff..our gov't is fighting against us at every turn, we're trying to take God out of EVERYTHING. I cannot even imagine how bad it will be, if/when He gives us our wish, and turns His back. You Can Accept Jesus as your Savior, right now!!
