The thing is, David didn't just do this overnight. When you have a changed mindset and decide the path you want to go you literally work into that lifestyle. He does challenging stuff every day cause he worked himself into it over years. People are just now hearing about it and seeing the end results. There is no magic pill, it's raw discipline and consistency. And he isn't the only one who lives like this day to day. There are many focused pple in this world. Kind of irritates me that humans see someone else and think "my God it's crazy" when they can do it too. But nobody wants to put the work in over time
@zillobeast52572 жыл бұрын
Facts bro thats how it is with everyone in life tho you only hear about people after they’ve achieved success so when you see what they are doing it seems way more daunting cause you never saw all the years of hard work that it took to get up to that point, consistency is key

but it is crazy. attainable yes, but insanely impressive the raw discipline and refusal to quit that's needed. the fact that everyone can do it but so so so little people actually accomplish illustrates why its so crazy
@joewalker57412 жыл бұрын
The way people like goggins or hanes live is crazy. Yes they worked themselves there, but that doesn’t make a marathon per day any less crazy, or 3 hours of stretching and everything else these bad mother fuckers do. They are crazy, not special, not superhuman, but hard work is waking up early, a work out and then a full day of work… Cameron Hanes and goggins certainly are crazy.

Chip (the agent in the dpi) is the one who truly is the toughest (and also the strongest) man in the world, and my other pure protectors also come close to his toughness level and strength, as they are naturally strong and naturally tough - the dudez that are known are never the toughest or strongest or any other similar terms, and it’s always the ones who live in the shadows that reflect those terms!
@freyawyttthegoddessandchip77642 жыл бұрын
He’s one of the top agents / programmers, as are the other alphas (my protectors) and, he was selected for his inteI (IQ) and natural strength and toughness (which are very rare qualities that very few guys possess) etc, so he can do everything that known dudez do without even trying - besides, everything known dudez are shown doing on video was first tested by agents behind closed doors, and agents are usually very strong!

For the swmming just keep your head down and turn it to the side (of the raised arm) every three arm pulls to breath in. Breath out during all the strokes so your exhale is done as the third stroke is complete. It will make the swimming easier and faster. 2 miles isn't beyond either of you.
@rohanrichardson9425 Жыл бұрын
You instructions are for beginners you can’t just tell someone what to do you need to break it down also you don’t always do three if your doing distance you breath every 2 and if it’s 25 you don’t breath or 1 to 2 breath depends I usually don’t take any but depends anyway and

As a cross country runner, this is an amazing routine and I wanted to share my experience with running like this. It is NOT easy and it will never get easy mentally or physically. Here is my daily routine (average) 5:25 AM - Wake up & Roll out for run 5:40 AM - Run for 30 minutes (4 miles) 6:25 AM - Take a shower 6:40 AM - Get ready for school 7:50 AM - Bike to school (1.5 Miles) Whole school day goes down and I fuel up throughout 3:45 PM - Practice begins, Run 0.5 on the track 4:00 PM - Run the days actual workout (4 miles - 13 miles) 6:30 PM - Get home and unpack / Shower 7:30-9:00 PM - Homework 9:30 PM - Go to bed So in an average day I Bike 3 miles Run 8-14 Miles And this goggins training plan seems nice and kinda easy, but motivational all the less, a very good day to day plan, I would probably focus more on the running as that’s my whole wellbeing.
