It's funny to hear you talk down about sintered gears whenever you aren't talking about the kit version of the VFD trans.

Sintered portal gears are a place that’s easy to break. This is at the very end of the reduction. This is a common break point. Sintered works great in many places, just like the trans of the TRX4 which I wouldn’t ever consider needed upgraded either. That little 9t gear is an obvious difference.

The aluminum covers on the sliders look 100% better but they are missing something. A diamond plate pattern. You think your 3d printer can get that small of detail that you could make a mold to press a pattern that small?

Install fan on your motor and ESC run perfectly fine my trx4 weighs like 8.5 lb with all the brass on it

If you get really high ratios that for sure could be noticeable. For reasonable ratios it not usually an issue. But totally a reasonable concern!

When u built the truck is you’re suspension free left to right I did the same build and it feels stiff
