I could tell even from the first charter, Raygan didn't come across as a Bosun at all. She was spending A LOT of time smoking and making her deckhands do most of the heavy lifting. In short, she wasn't cut out for this job at all. Captain Sandy handled this extremely professionally with encouragement and constructive criticism. Being fired SUCKS but hopefully Raygan will learn from this experience.

This is the crew captain Sandy needed. You see her personality is needed with this crew. Her helpfulness doesn’t come off as micromanaging. Impressed with Sandy this season.

Despite Reagan's performance or lack of performance I should say, I like how the captain was still supporting her by saying she'll give her recommendations for which crew to work for. But all in all, it's laziness and a lack of effort that got her fired

it really feels like raygan was just a decoy bosun and storm is really the bosun. just added drama from somebody who barely had third deckhand experience.

RAYGAN was a waste of space. 100% LAZY didn't have a clue what she was doing 😂 !! I've watched both Captain Sandy and Lee. I find Captain Sandy a better, fairer, in tuned into people the Captain Lee. Plus her docking is so awesome. Captain Lee had the easier docking. Captain Sandy the small Slips she had to go into backwards. Know wonder she had a crowded watching her excellent docking. Wish there were more season with her in it. 🙏💞

Raygan shouldnʻt be a bosun. She cannot pull the duties that is required of a Bosun. She should get off the ship. I here more complaining from everyone working on this yacht. Someone should be at the guest beck and call at all times, instead of below complaining about how tired they are. If you canʻt pay attention to the guest, get off the boat. This is not the job for you!! Go back to your mommy & daddy and complain. If you wanna be on the boat STHU. I feel for Captain Sandy, she so easy going. All she ask of the crew is DO YOUR JOB!! Just complainerʻs working for this yacht!! But oh boy do they want a tip!!! Why should anyone give a tip, when the service is shitty!! Not even the crew would do that

THE GREAT KATE was by far the best and funniest chief stew in the series. Ben was/ is the man. Instead of just changing crews, the network should do a super group team. No Hanna please . Once again, Kate was awesome!!
