Camille was terrible at her job and deserved to get fired, however, Alissa's condescending attitude is the worst. It makes it even worse when everything out of her mouth is in vocal fry. The crew percieve (perhaps), that Alissa also played a part in Camille's demise and she's not without faults. They're also recognising that she has similar traits with Camille i.e emotional immaturity - with Ross/Katie, bullish tactics with Camille, passive-aggressiveness with everyone etc. She's one of the best workers but not the most likeable. Because Alissa has a lot of social issues. She's a bully, first and foremost. She's a liar. It's not all about the work in a situation like this. These people are living together for a couple of months. They have to be able to work TOGETHER. Alissa tries to push buttons, push people around, undermine their confidence and stir up trouble. Camille had things to learn. If you were learning how to do this job, would you be motivated to work with someone who was trying to mess with your significant other, telling you they hated you and everyone wanted you gone and cried crocodile tears to your superior? Probably not. Also, in Camille's defense, she was taking direction from four people who didn't seem to communicate very well with each other about what they needed her to do. They all just passed the buck to Camille and let Alissa drive her into the ground. That's bad management. I bet you're going to see that come out more and more as the season progresses. Look, Camille went to dinner with them and was really well-behaved. Was Alissa? Alissa was ticked because Camille showed up and the things Alissa said show how Alissa is, how she'd react. Camille might not be a good worker, but Alissa's not a good person.

Sandy has done stupid things too then she denies it. We 👀you Sandy! She loves to yell at the crew & then tells them they did a fantastic job at the tip meeting. 🥴 And idk why the filming shows the guests leaving a ton of food on the table at breakfast, then starving for lunch, then starving for snacks, then starving for dinner. Get a second chef or sous chef!!! But I know the yachts don’t wanna pay!!! It’s a ton of work for the crew on a yacht so hire ppl that work hard. Camille isn’t that person! I can see where the guests can be picky & make demands but they’re on a vakay of a lifetime plus they paid a ton of money to be there. So they will speak up & yes, the Captain has to be aware of problems on the boat. They’re not kings & queens on a throne, they’ve got other crew in the engine room etc. helping them out plus the deck crew. Buncha babies. 🛥🤭

I wouldn't want to be a yacht captain. That job has to give those people migraines and stress beyond belief. First, you have picky/drunk guests, plus department heads that either don't want to do their jobs or they micromanage so much that it ends with people hating each other. They also deal with inexperienced people and people lying on their resumes. Perfect drams for TV:)

Alissa is a bully and she always needs a victim (or 2). She bullied Camille off the show (Camille was lazy, but Alissa made her presence untenable). Now she's turning her negative attention to Hayley. She has also been bullying Katie the entire season by flirting with Ross in front of her while knowing the situation. Alissa is really toxic and it's all going to show now Camille is gone. Sandy...who is not the fair and nurturing person she presents herself to be...has it in for Fraser for some reason. He crossed her somehow...maybe off camera. It's a good thing Capt. Lee is coming back! Katie is like an abused wife. She needs therapy.

I thought for a brief second that I was going to finally like Sandy and her style of management. Why does no one mess with Captain Lee? Because he does not try to befriend these workers. Everyone knows who the boss is with Lee. Get Sandy off the boat and send wishy washy Fraser with her. He is a horrible department head! As for Alyssa, what is she doing flirting with NASTY Ross (yuk)? I think she does it because Katie was Camille's friend. At least Katie like the guys she is flirting with - Alyssa flirting just to flirt says a lot about her character.
