It all comes full circle now. It is very clear production lined up Leigh-Ann, because they were pushing for Captain Sandy to fire Fraser, but were never fully able to get the ammo for it. Fully explains why Sandy was so despicable to Fraser.

I like Fraser, but he wasn’t the most effective leader under Captain Lee, but Captain Sandy kind of pushed him to step up his leadership skills, and I think Captain Sandy gained respect of his improved leadership skills.

I really can't understand why people like Sandy. Sandy is that manager who never allows anyone to do their job, especially the stews. The great thing about Lee and other Captains is that they don't have to be in everyone's business cus they expect the people hired for their jobs to be able to do their jobs without being babysat. Sandy also has a major problem picking favorites, and they are usually the problematic ones only cus they can soothe her ego. Camilla was a prime example of that. Camilla should have been gone long before, but cus she knew how to play Sandy's ego, she lasted longer. Anyone that has watched Med would have since this pattern already she always trying to take over the Chef Stews job and having arguments with the chef. The only departments she doesn't mess with are her favs, the deck hands.

The perfect series and show to learn how to be a moronic captain, especially if you have poorly-fitting dentures so that you make annoying whistling noises when you speak. This gentleman's leadership style is half preening peacock and half delusional tyrant. Count the number of times in the series that he manages to collide with something.. And the number of restaurants he "owned" and then turned belly up.

Even at my job, we are not allowed to come in on crutches or a walker, but can have a cane because of it being a liability. I can't imagine what the liability would be on a ship, hope the owners insurance is a great policy and well up to date
