You can also visit Bonito - MS, its soooo beautiful and full of nature, you can swim with the fish in cristalyne water, se the Gruta do Lago Azul. You will not regret, I swear! Don''t forget to visit the beaches of the State of SC in the south of Brazil, Like Bauneario Camboriú and Florianópolis, São Francisco do Sul. You can also visit the Beto Carrero, the biggest park of Latin America.

if you are still in brazil, visit Petrópolis, its a small city insite Rio de Janeiro and it has an european vibe and very good place to chill near Rio and to escape the heat of the summer. Petropolis is full of history and its where the portugal royal family lived

You should go to Recife, state of Pernambuco, and spend sometime at Praia de Carneiros or Fernando de Noronha. You’ll never forget these places once you spend sometime there!

I recommend you guys to go to Costa Azul (Blue Coast) too, the opposite of Angra. The region of Angra is called Costa Verde (Green Coast). Costa Azul are the cities of Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo and Búzios. Pontal do Atalaia is the best place in Costa Azul.

I think Ilha do Mel is beautiful compared to the Paraná coast in general. Honestly I don't think it's one of the best places in Brazil. Even Ubatuba has better beaches.

FERNANDO DE NORONHA is definitely one place to go, you can’t go wrong with it , it is lil pricey but worth the money, you guys going to be blessed with the nature there . Just lil tip before you go , you’ll need some kind of “VISA” to go there , it’s more like a permission kind of thing, and pay this daily fee to be there, this fee helps the organization that protects the island. Hope you guys are enjoying Brazil

One more complete comment for your stay in Angra is that there are many waterfalls around the road between Angra and Paraty. By the way, Paraty is around 2 hours driving from Angra and there you can see things since the colonial period (coffee, constructions, sugar cane and some others), the vegetation and waterfalls. Also Paraty procudes one of the best cachaça in Brazil. Is far from Angra, but you can take a bus or a driver in Angra to go there. In Ilha Grande to not forget to pass mosquito repellant's, since you get onboard the boat. Don't forget and follow this safety advise. Hugs and enjoy !

If you come to Paraná (a state in the south of Brazil) make sure to visit Ilha do Mel and Cataratas do Iguaçu! I'm not sure but I think Cataratas do Iguaçu is one of the 7 wonders of nature, beautiful place for sure!

try visiting the historic cities that are on the gold route in Minas Gerais, such as Ouro Preto and Tiradentes. They have a Baroque and neocolonialist architecture, dating back to the period of gold extraction and terriotirial expansion of Brazil.

As a Brazilian, let me thank you for such a nice video. It really offsets Corporate media assesment of the country...which is basically "trash the country as much as yiou can" - that became obvious during the onlympics and oan american games in Rio. Moreover, thank you for emphasizing the word "Portuguese" - Most anglo-americans think we speak spanish in Brazil...speaking of language, your pronunciation of portuguese words were excellent.
