How often do you eat a salad sized bowl of them?
@bluerazz35042 жыл бұрын
I don't know how these shelled nuts can be shelled without pulverizing the nut inside. I try to open them and they are in a million pieces. I didn't know they needed to be refrigerated, I will do that. I try to eat only 2, but that's hard... very hard!

How long do they have to soak to reduce the phytic acid? Do you use very hot water, or room temp? Add salt...or anything? P.S.... excellent video with fun info! Thank you!😊

I’ve been eating 2 a day but I didn’t know that they could go rancid if kept on the shelf. This morning mine tasted weird. What should I do?
@humanbeing43684 жыл бұрын
Debbe Franks I usually store all my nuts in the refrigerator because the oils can go rancid quickly especially with temperature and humidity changes.
@smclindsey4 жыл бұрын
Debbe Franks anything with oil can go rancid. If they taste so bad you can't stand them, throw them away and keep the next ones you buy in the freezer, getting out a few days worth at the time.
@debbefranks82514 жыл бұрын
smclindsey I mean, they just taste a tad bad. Will they hurt my health?
@smclindsey4 жыл бұрын
Debbe Franks in my opinion, no.
