An absolutely superb watch and listen Pete. Great to see your dogs. That bread looked gorgeous and I bet it smelt wonderful. Love your oven. How do I get on to the waiting list to carry and point the camera? Paul :)

Great video, I suppose smaller quantities and loaf tin you could have used the 16cm zebra pot as the oven.

No never, the loaf is baked in an enclosed oven, and if cooking straight on the griddle I always ensure the fire has died back to coals. ATB Pete
