Bread baking at the 106-year-old Sarcone's Bakery is being passed to the 5th generation

Lou Sarcone, the 4th generation of one of Philly’s best-known baking families, is stepping away from the ovens. He has Parkinson’s. His son, Louis, is now leading operations in the historic Italian Market bakery.
