I made this a 1/3 recipe today just as described in the video, substituting canola oil for the fat. It made 4 buns and I cooked these in my 8" Lodge cast iron pan in my toaster oven, set at 375 F for 15 minutes. These came out looking just perfect and the taste was awesome. I have tried many recipes, but yours turned out the best, and was so quick and easy with almost no clean up. Thank you and God Bless you Robyn❤❤❤❤

Two questions: what do you use to clean your granite countertops, especially where you’re working with the dough? Plus: I noticed a Zojirushi machine that has a gluten free setting. I am SO GLAD you liked these!!! We just gobble them up here in our home, so I'm glad you thought they were good, too, and had success making them. Thanks for trying them and letting me know it went well for you! For my countertops, I use Odoban Disinfectant cleaner. I hadn't paid attention to it until a friend of mine who is a nurse told me about it during all that stuff in 2020. She said it cleans and kills everything very well. Hopefully it does! I do have a kneading mat that I should pull out, but I'm very no fuss...but maybe I will now that I'm thinking about it. I do not believe my Zo has a gluten free setting! I have never paid attention and now I'm curious! I am definitely not a gluten free person, though and have no experience with that kind of baking. Thanks again for making these rolls, and for liking them!! :)

I made them the day 'before' & thought we'll have 1/2 then & 1/2 the next day for T-Giving, Um, plans didn't work [aka the prob] b/c they ALL GOT EATEN !!! : ) So, another Batch made the Day of AND HIDDEN until Dinner !!! No Joke btw : ) TY again 4 sharing, I'm going 2 use the Roll recipe from here on in, except no cinn spread each time TOTAL YUM SCORE 10/10 & Soooooooo Easy, Again, TY !!

That is a great question, and one I don’t know! Ours always gets eaten within 2-3 days. If you need to use it up, it is so good on sweet potatoes and all breads. I’d imagine it would last at least a week, and maybe much longer since there really isn’t anything that would cause it to not keep. Sorry to not have a better answer for you! Can this recipe be adapted to regular oven baking? I don't have or use a bread machine Also, is there a written recipe available?

YES! You can use a mixer or hand knead this dough, let rise, cut into rolls, let rise again, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes in the oven. The printable recipe is in the description, or just click on it and copy it down! Thank you for being here and for your question!
