Irena's Bread Making Tips:
1. Mix dry ingredients first on BREAD/BRIOCHE. Whilst the program is running, gradually add your liquids through the cap. This way, you have full control of the consistency of your dough. Measurements serve as a guide, but factors like temperature and ingredient brands can create various results.
2. The BREAD/BRIOCHE program will stop after mixing. Press AUTO again to begin the kneading process. You may opt to knead a few times depending on the recipe or your desired consistency.
3. Get creative! Irena likes to braid her dough, but you can also try scoring with different patterns. More information in our new book.
