my parents bought me this a year or two ago. but it did not come with this hilarious gesturing dude nor did i become one. this is it's only downfall. I think this device is unmissable in any kitchen. Believe me when I say this. I help out in a small bistro in the kitchen and they don't have a food processor. Which is frustrating knowing i have this beast at home.

Hi Elvira, you can simply use the metal blade in the main bowl to make nut butters. :)

I don’t thing egg attachment is necessary. Anyone who frequently makes Pavlova knows that if a mixing bowl is not perfectly clean and has some trace amount of oil left over from previous use it can destroy the quality of whipped egg whites. So, I would still use porcelain bowl. However, charcuterie slicer would have been more useful for me than egg whipping attachment. Does anyone know if pepperoni could be sliced here? I am guessing a vegetable slicer might me used for this task but I am not sure.

Hi Mita, you can definitely slice pepperoni using the 2mm or 4mm disc depending on your preference. :)

Magimix should have made the components on the s-blade and the other stainless steel attachments black instead of white for a more sleek and uniform look. As the white cheapens the look of the product. Though I am a Kitchenaid stand mixer girl, Kenwood has done it best. Their stand mixer and attachments are pure class and sophistication. Also Magimix has produced a top of the line product with the 5200, however, A dicing blade, french fry blade and beautiful blue led lights around the buttons with a more classier logo opposed to the printed Magimix trademark would have truly put this product in its rightful place at Number #1
