Tasty, soft, fragrant... Very good bread with kefir sourdough. You just can't fail!!!
The process of making bread is long, but it's definitely worth a try! Kefir leaven must stand for 3 days. The bread is kneaded for another day and can be baked even then 😉.
So if you want this delicious bread for Sunday breakfast, it's time to mix kefir sourdough. So I mix the sourdough with the kefir on Tuesday night and leave it until Friday night. I baked the bread on Friday and let it rest until Saturday night. I bake bread on Saturday night. I leave the baked bread to cool after opening the oven door. And you can taste it already on Sunday morning.
Bread kefir sourdough will need:
250g of the highest quality wheat flour (or spelled)
400ml kefir 2.5% fat
For bread you will need:
170g of whole grain wheat flour
130g of whole grain rye flour
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
100g of sunflower
50g of pumpkin seeds
1.5 tsp caraway
2 tablespoons of whole grain oatmeal
1.5 tbsp of salt
Baking paper
Baking forms 30×11
