I've had breadfruits in my yard for twenty years. I've allowed everyone to pick them, wondering what or how to cook them. Now that I know, I might pick some and make myself some fries. Thanks, I'll let you know how it works out for me.

Tried it two times and the stupid breadfruit is to soft, I get a mushy breadfruit. Can I do anything with that? Il try to get a more fresh one next time but if it turns mushy again what can I do with that?

Maybe you boil the breadfruit too long 🤔. I also have a breadfruit fritters tutorial here so you can use the mushy breadfruit to make dome
