Breadfruit Pie - Provision Pie - Episode 780

1- 3lb breadfruit - peeled and core removed
1 tin evaporated milk
1 tin coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp golden ray or salted butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 pimento pepper chopped
2 scallions chopped
2 tbsp celery chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 cup mozzarella for the pie
1/2 cup cheese to top
