I love anything breadfruit! And Jamaicans and coastal Nicaraguans have so much in common because we are basically the same people. During the days of the old kingdom of Mosquitia our head of government was based in Jamaica as well as our Kings went there to study and get crowned. And plenty migrated from there and St Vincent as missionaries. Then Nicaragua came in and take over. That’s why we got so much in common.

Now I learn another thing from you guys!🙏🏾. I've now watched all your porridge ones .. We in Jamaica call it porridge if coconut milk is boiled and it's served hot , a punch if served cold with ice with rum or stout etc added and blended together .. But thislooks like it could be nice made into ice cream as well ! Dessert ! Yum !😋 But This is what I appreciate with and about cultural differences though . We are so similar but we sometimes do things a little differently. This way We can learn from each other . I definitely will try it this way . It looks absolutely delicious 😋 Thanks guys !👍🏾🥃😄

Prior to watching this I watched someone's video on Breadfruit Pudding. Breadfruit is so versatile. I noticed some bickering about using boiled or uncooked coconut milk, it's a personal choice and most people give it a boil especially in Cornmeal, Banana, Plantain Porridge, Rice and Peas and Run Dung (Down). One love from Jamaica 🇯🇲
