That is a Ned's Head. He came with items that you feel and guess what it might be. I used it when I taught preschool. The kids love to feel and guess the item. You don't usually find the head. Cool find

You should so totally do a shelf or display cabinet of weird and wonderful items you find. I know you mentioned doing up your garage to catalog your inventory better. But a wall of weird would be so good if you decide to do like cataloging videos or something. I do love watching you guys. your kind you donate leave things behind for others. I would've been doing the smell test. Some of that food was OK at 60 degrees. Think about it we take ingredients out the fridge to get to room temp to bake a cake and nothings wrong with that. As long as its no hot its good to me.

Well they themselves are on this raw diet she explains a little after she ate sashimi today. And probably not comfortable donating in that situation with frozen food and temps over time especially as the free pantries they use aren't ideal for temp controlled food but hopefully other divers ran across it who could check it out for themselves.

That wasted frozen food just makes me so angry because that store could always call the homeless shelters and have employees drive over and donate it or have people helping at the shelter come pick up the food before defrosted . Also, books can be donated to libraries or women’s shelters.

If someone would get food poisoning or get sick and end up in hospital they would be liable for giving away bad food. That’s why they don’t give it away. If they throw it away and someone gets it out of the dumpster they can’t be sued for throwing it away

I'm so glad that Alex shares his love of dumpster diving with you. I just noticed in one of the neighborhoods here in Spokane, WA there is a food pantry up in someone's front lawn. I've seen them for library books but never for food. So that was great to see. I went to this gals home today and she gave me adult hangers and kids hangers for free. All items I will resell because hangers sell really well. She even allowed me to look in her garage of everything she was giving away for free. I scored some purses, bags, antique dishes but what I did get was the shampoo and laundry softener. It made me think of when you are dumpster diving you grab those things too. That is an item I dont need to pay for if someone is willing to give it to me for free.

My calico cat, PiPiI PU , loves watching this video. She loves the sound of plastic bags make and she would make a great dumpster diver too. Best part of all she also would make a great gardener because will never leave a plant undisturbed and left in a pot. Best gardener ever! You've had weather like we've had in our little city of Salmon Arm B.C. Your pink polka dot plant is a gold mine! Lol! If you snip it back two or three inches, take off the lower leaves and put the stem in water it will root! You can do it over and over. Much like a Coleus plant. Years ago I did that a lot. I worked in a convalescent hospital, and every windowsill had shared plants! Good luck!

That head is from the game Ned’s Head. There should be things like a fly, rat, q-tip, and lots of plastic objects to put in the head. There should be cards with the pictures of the items. You take turns choosing a card and then feeling inside the head for the item without looking. It looks like your head has some cards inside. You might check. You could put in your own items and make your own cards too. Happy Diving! Love to see what goodies you find!

The big silly head is part of a game called Ned's Head. My oldest daughter had this game when she was younger and it's a blast. The plastic accessories and cards or dice are missing... the plastic accessories are pretend dog poop, vomit, boogers, every gross thing that makes kids laugh hysterically. You put them in Ned's Head. Then you draw a card (or it might have been pictures on dice, I don't remember) and you put your hand in one of the holes and see if you can find the item on the card by touch.

You missed the dollar general one , those metal carts at their back door tells you it’s theirs they use those to break down boxes and pack them on metal shelving , it’s always a good tattle tale sign . 😊

With your pink plant take a cutting and put in water till it gets roots then repot in your pink pot after you have repotted your main plant very easy plant to propagate good luck

The big head is a gooey Louie game or Ned’s head. You usually hide small objects in it and pick it out, I think it’s usually toys. It’s probably played by taking turns. I know people use them in primary schools and preschools. Speech therapists can use it for play based therapy. Kids love picking his nose...lol. They usually are expensive.
