I'm not mad that's it called the Switch 2. Hopefully they keep the naming scheme instead of just making a new name for each generation. The switch has had such an iconic branding and media campaign that it would be crazy to just throw that name recognition down the drain every generation or so

I'm very excited for Switch 2. I love the bigger screen and magnetic Joycons. Though i do agree that the black screen margin around the screen could have been shortened more. Btw, i really hope Switch 2 has the ability to improve backwards compatible games (kinda like PS5/Xbox Series do to PS4/Xbox One games). I would love to replay Zelda Tears of the Kingdom at 60 fps or have Pokemon Scarlet/violet actually run as good as it should have at release.

my thoughts on the switch 2 if the screen isn't OLED it might be Mini LED which from what i can tell is on par with OLED. the wide side bezzle is probably there because the slot the joycons go into is right underneath it and it's probably risky to have the screen reach there. i kind of wish the accent colors were also on the arrows/letters of the buttons for more contrast i'm like 99% sure that the games that won't be compatible are games that require accessories/the IR camera like Labo/ring fit/ect and i can't wait to see what 3rd party games we get for it

Switch 2 is totally gonna sell even if Nintendo releases it now. They must be very mad about the leaks because it ruined their plan to surprise us with their newest console, but at least Switch 2 is undoubtedly secured towards success. They can just chill off anytime soon.

Switch 2 is pretty lame. I don't think it needed to exist. Just a more powerful Switch isn't a good reason to make this console. You are wrong by the way. Switch games will not be better on the Switch 2. Any issues that a Switch game has, it is not to do with the console itself. The issue is within the game.
