I use half a tub of the yogurt for each one, they contain about 40 g of protein a piece, and they cost between $2 and $2.25. that's what you do if you really want to save money and you need to have about 150 g of protein or so per day. I'm a laborer and often deliver furniture, I exercise, and I donate plasma, hence the need for so much protein. It becomes expensive. That's how you really save money on whatever the hell you want to call it

You can do this but do bear in mind that nutrients in frozen food still do degrade over time. While freezing is an excellent method for food preservation it doesn't stop all chemical reactions. Water soluble vitamins in particular can break down. Ofcourse degradation is influenced by multiple factors, storage, food type, packaging. And vacuum sealing is an excellent method of packaging. So while you can keep some foods up to 2 years in the freezer.. I find it best to consume them within 3 months. 6months max. At 6 months I can taste the lower quality and I didnt want to finish the rest of the batch I prepared. So fresh frozen good up to 3-6 months max. Just thought id share.
