You are correct. Dish soap sucks, it definitely drys out your hands and causes cracking. I now use a brush to wash dishes and Myers hand soap to wash my hands. No more cracked hands

New baby and New Year. Air fryer potato chips prayed with a light coating of avocado oil for flavor. Crispy and yummy. Nice toasty warm video as the snow is blowing outside.and the wood stove crackling to a friendly rythm.

My hands do the same thing every winter. I found some tallow balm someone made, and it's helping my hands.

I always have trouble with dish soap especially in the winter. If i’m by someone house that has dawn i won’t do dishes, it’s way to harsh on my hands. I usually use dove or ivory dish soap but i still have to dry my hands properly. The doctor told me to pat my hands dry instead of rubbing them. That really helps alot. It looks like both of the girls are on a growing streak. Happy New Year !! Have a a Great week and Thanks for sharing.

Ashley, yes you are right dish soap does dry your hands out because why if it takes oil off from our dishes it will also take oil out of our skin. Yes I do dishes by hand, but I also use cornhuskers lotion on my hands as a man and it seems to help out a lot during the winter months… Stay Safe 🇺🇸👊🏼👊🏼✌🏼

Have you tried Glysomed Hand Cream? and wear rubber gloves... Mamison Rubber Gloves for big jobs... Nitrile gloves are made of synthetic rubber that is resistant to chemicals. They are a good choice for people who have latex allergies, and they provide good protection against infection. Latex gloves are made of natural rubber and provide good protection against viruses and bacteria.

Did you hook up a Water Softener from the Well Water? The water has minerals in it, that’s probably the cause of chapped hands. What’s the Humidity in the Cabin with wood stove running? Try Skin so Soft on hands and arms , legs ,feet.
