Cheap pans. Go to a restaurant supply store (like GFS) or the restaurant section of Sam’s Club, and they’ll have quarter sheet and half sheets pans. They are thick, stay bright & shiny, and really don’t cost a lot. I bought a few for my house years ago and they are still working great (and not haunted). Be well 🖐
