Fantastic video, Nathan. I just found all your Blackstone family videos a couple of months ago and absolutely love'em. I've had my 36'er for about 4 years now, I've had it so long that when I bought it brand new, it was only $100. My favorite part about CJ's is when he reads the comments and someone tells you to shut up and stop talking over CJ, and you both start talking over each other for about 20 seconds. I get a huge kick outta that. So, to you and the whole Blackstone crew, keep up the great work. Uhhh, "RING IT & BRING IT"👍👍

Always like the new breakfast ideas and the steak and eggs is perfect. I tend not to employ avocados, just don't have the taste quest for it. Maybe one of your breakfast sauces you and CJ use? Thanks for the bread prep idea, have not tried the blackening spice but will give it a try.

Hungry and can’t wait to get the blackstone out and winter is over hopefully here in northern Iowa, well it’s not June yet 😂. Just wandering, love the cutting boards what kind of wood and prep to make them that way. Hopefully have a outside kitchen area like that next year or two. Thank you
