I can't believe it's been nearly 10 years since this video was uploaded, I still come back to it now and again. It's one of my favorites! I love the sounds of the seeds and nuts and when you mix the yogurt into it at the end..

BY activating the seeds, protein starts to be converted into carbs that the seeds use for energy, so it lowers the protein content and ups the carbohydrates. :)

OK.... so... What can someone who gags at the consistency of yoghurt (and who is 100% non-dairy) do with these seeds? There's just no way I could keep crunchy goo down. However, I love those vita-wheat things with the flaxseed and linseed and such, have pine nuts and sunflower seed in salads and rice, etc., so this is the kind of thing I'd probably like to eat, taste and crunch-wise. But there are some really small seeds in that, and I don't know how I'd actually eat them dry. (?) Ideas?

I know this video was made in 2013 but I have watched it at least 100 times since then. Just wanted to say in regards to honey. I’m lucky enough that my brother up in Alaska here in the US keeps bees as a side project so he sends me honey quite frequently. Anyway hope your well Dimitri

So do you try and get yourself into ketosis? Have you looked into MCT oil? Bulletproof Executive has a good one made from coconut oil. Also, people seem to claim that the omega 3 from plants is just as good as from animal products. Research has shown that the omega 3 from plants needs to go through a rather inefficient conversion process in order for it to be useful to the body. One other thing, how is your digestion with those nuts?

Does that coconut yogurt contain probiotics though? I know people nowadays like to avoid milk, or well, more people do, but theres a reason certain dairy products are eaten, and not just because of the taste, like, well, probiotics in yogurt and cheese.
@Busterdrag9 жыл бұрын
Gideon Oh I know other foods contain probiotics lol, I am a chef and had to study that stuff. I just wondered if this particular product has them too. Personally I love milk and milk products, but I dont mind people not eating or drinking it if they think it works better for them or because they are definitely lactose intolerant, everyone should eat how they think is the most fitting for their wellbeing.
