Dude played so many polar opposite roles over his career. He is really underrated. He went from O-dog to Frankie Lymon, to Dead Presidents, to Crash, to a senator and made every role believable.

What I was referring to inadvertently was the “disconnection” our people have with the pain & suffering our ancestors had to endure only for a lot of Us (African Americans) not to acknowledge them.

The Royal Family had 15 episodes and would have had more, but Redd Foxx died during a taping. South Central had 10 episodes. It was a great show, but Fox did a poor job promoting it.
