Hi, I am from Kathmandu. The earthquake lasted for more than 20 seconds, and I felt it after a long time. While heading outside slowly, I saw crowds gathering in the streets. I am hoping there are no landslides or building collapses in the epicenter area and praying for no bad news.

Everest camp 1, we felt it!!!

This morning, a powerful 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck near Shigatse, Tibet, China, close to the Nepal border. The tremors were felt in Nepal, reminding us of nature's raw power. Thankfully, there have been no reports of damage or injuries in Nepal. My heart goes out to those affected in Tibet. There have been 11 aftershocks so far, adding to the challenges faced by the affected communities.

Yes of course , my girlfriend report, she is from Nepal near china border in Taplejung district. The epicentre was North to her . 1 Aftershock followed . Shaked for 1 minute .
